About: At this Kappityt Festival aboard the beautiful MSC Sinfonia we are definitely going to party and “kappityt” until late at night! We are going to enjoy a wide variety of music genres at this festival. From “langarm” and “sakkie-sakkie” to “boeremusiek”, country and instrumental music as well as some well-known singers who will join us for the party of the year! The Kappityt Festival boasts with the top South African artists such as Hennie du Bruyn en die Kitaarkêrels, the “Afrikaners is Plesierig” Boeremusiek-deckparty, Wen Noot Oppi Boot, Riaan van Rensburg’s drum circlel, Groete die Grotman 2, Alwyn Oberholster, Steve Hofmeyr, Demi-Lee Moore, Jan Jan Jan, West, Ouderdoos, Van Kose, Ernie Bates and Mac Young. Music that South Africans have become so fond of. During the Kappityt Festival you will make new friends, enjoy a great party and dance to your favourite music, and we will invite a comedian or two to keep us laughing.

Additional Info: Please note that the Kappityt entertainment fee gives you access to the festival, but does not include tickets to any of the productions. By paying the Kappityt entertainment fee, you do however get access to subsidised tickets (from R50 to R190 per ticket instead of the commercial prices of R200 to R300 per ticket). Tickets to the various productions must be booked at LTickets.co.za, preferably prior to boarding. Festival goers are advised to book their tickets early at LTickets.co.za. Tickets will be available on board at $15.00 per ticket (approximately R240.00), so it is advisable to book your tickets in South Africa at LTickets.co.za.
